Modify issue types for support requests

Add an Issue type:

  1. Go to Configuration > System Preferences > Request Configuration.
  2. Select the Support request action. The Support request action details open in the right pane.
  3. Select the Issues tab.
  4. Click + Add a Category.
  5. Enter an English Name (en-US).
  6. Enter a French Name (fr-CA).

    Note: You must enter a name for both languages.

  7. Click Apply. The issue is saved and appears in the issues list.

Disable or enable an Issue type:

  1. Select the Issues tab.
  2. Click the check mark icon on the issue type entry. It changes to a red stop icon. The issue is disabled and does not appear in the Support action.
  3. Click again to enable.
